For the instant face glow and ‘just’ bitten’ lips, in a good way!
Usage?
Apply 3 dots to the apple of your cheeks and blend quickly with fingertips. Add a few more dots for a deeper colour.
Blushers and bronzers have the ability to transform your look from pale and pasty to glowing and radiant in an instant. They are a must-have in my beauty kit and I rarely ever leave home without a swipe of blush. Most people gravitate towards light pinks, or peachy tones but are wary of red as red cheeks are usually associated with ripe tomatoes, Chinese opera singers, or even worse- a baboon’s bottom! I have to admit that I too was one of those who made major mistakes with red cheeks, until I discovered Benetint.
This product has a nice rose scent, which dissipates after a while and it comes with a little brush attached to the cover for perfect application of the 3 dots. I usually put this on my cheeks after my foundation and on top of my powder, and sometimes on my lips for a “just bitten” look (in a good way!).
Blending the tint into my skin is really easy: I just tap it in with my fingers and blend it in around the apples of my cheeks (the highest part of your cheeks when you smile). Benetint works really well with my skintone and I can have it on with really light make up for a fresh and glowy look. I can also use it at night with heavier makeup for sexy, flushed cheeks. The key point for me is that it looks absolutely natural, plus the lasting power is commendable; it stays on until I decide to wash it off.
I find this product versatile, as not only is it a lip and cheek stain, the colour is also buildable so you have control over the intensity. I have nothing but praise for Benefit’s Benetint, it really does live up to its claims. Though the colour looks bright and really red in the bottle, try it on first- you might be surprised with the results.
Benefit’s Benetint is priced at RM143 for 12.5ml and is available at all Benefit counters nationwide.
