Packaged in a manly, sleek twist tube, this white balm goes on without any shine or colour. Tested on both normal and chapped lips, this product most certainly lived up to its claims. It glided on easy and left no waxy or glossy residue at all. Dry lips were left soothed, hydrated and moisturized. Most girly balms either have a fruity taste or sweet scent but this balm left lips tasting and smelling slightly of spearmint, much like chewing gum. Though it acts as an emollient, the shine was kept to a bare minimum- lips were not matte looking, but just fresh without any signs of a balm on it. I totally recommend this to anyone who is looking for a spearmint tasting, man-ish lip balm which actually works as opposed to just “cooling” lips for 5 minutes. Kiehl’s Facial Fuel line is actually targeted at men, but hey, if the product works- I’m buying it!
