This is definitely a filling meal for days you just want some good, comfort food especially on a cold, rainy day as it will definitely warm the cockles (or oysters) of your heart.
How does the broth taste so rich and complex? It’s all thanks to a special stock comprising of five core ingredients that’s brewed over a slow flame which forms the soup base for the imported mee sua. It’s slightly tangy, which the cilantro balances out perfectly and only handmade mee sua is used for its superior flavour and texture.
