There are times when chocolate is the only answer. But don’t let chocolate ruin all your efforts in keeping to your diet and fitness regime. With this recipe, you’ll be able to get your chocolate fix without the guilt!
This sweet solution to a serious craving for chocolate comes from the Flat Belly Diet! Cookbook. The good thing about these delicious morsels is that they contain a trio of MUFAs (monounsaturated fatty acids)—healthier fats that can help you lose weight.
Canola oil replaces butter to reduce saturated fat, the use of chocolate chips supply the rich chocolatey flavor without the excess sugar and the addition of walnuts add in the satisfying taste and crunch. If you compare this baby to the typical brownie, this is way better for you! For one, this slimmed-down version has 35% fewer calories, 86% less sat fat, and 56% less sugar. How awesome is that?!
